Customers receive an on-screen confirmation and/or email containing access or download instructions. Access time can vary because of payment review or email delivery.
Customer responsibility
The purchaser must provide a correct email address and protect download links, login details and purchased files from unauthorised distribution.

For a missing email, failed link or damaged file, contact support@izyaangroup.com with the order reference and purchaser email.
