Service projects and digital products have different refund arrangements. The applicable conditions are communicated before purchase or engagement.

Professional services
Deposits and milestone payments are governed by the signed proposal or agreement. Work already completed, committed costs and delivered outputs may be non-refundable.
Digital products
Because downloadable products are supplied electronically, refunds are generally limited to duplicate purchases, inaccessible or materially defective files, or another case required by law.
Courses and training
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are stated on the course or booking page. A confirmed session may be rescheduled subject to notice and availability.
How to request a review
Email support@izyaangroup.com with the purchaser name, order or invoice reference, purchase date and reason for the request.
